The Public Sector Chief Digital Officer Conference 2025 or simply CDO CONVEX 2025 is an exclusive program organised by the National Digital Department specifically for public sector digital leaders, especially public sector CDOs.

This program not only involves the participation of public sector CDOs but also features private sector digital leaders, academic experts and local experts from the industry sector.

This theme emphasizes the need to produce leaders who are not only digitally literate, but also smart in using technology strategically in decision-making and driving organizational transformation. Digitally intelligent leaders have analytical thinking, are far-sighted, and are able to adapt quickly to changing technology and the dynamic digital landscape.

In this context, this theme also emphasizes the need for a whole-of-government approach, where all agencies and ministries need to work together comprehensively and integratedly to make the country’s digitalization agenda a success.
