Human Resources Section

1. 1. Planning human resource development in terms of expertise, quantity and quality requirements based on the Human Resource Strategic Plan (HRSP).
   2. Conduct research on new policies and strategies for human resource management and development programs.
   3. Planning, developing and implementing human resource competency development [Training Need Analysis (TNA)], Training Operation Plan (POL).
   4. To serve as the secretariat for the Human Resource Development Panel (PPSM), the Disciplinary Board for the Management and Professional Group and the Support Group, and the Join Departmental Council (MBJ).
   5. Responsible for compliance with quality and innovation policies at the JDN level.

 Finance Section

1. 1. Manage, prepare and monitor the JDN Management and Development Budget.
   2. Managing the secretariat of the Finance and Accounts Committee, JDN Pre-Tender Board and ICT Quotation and Trust Fund Committee.
   3. Manage the payment of all types of bills and claims under the Management and Development Budget.

  Administration Section

1. 1. Ensure that the management of office space and office equipment is carried out in an orderly and perfect manner.
   2. Ensure and coordinate document security in accordance with the Official Secrets Act, Security Directives and the National Archives Act.
   3. Managing the implementation of DDMS as the DDMS Pioneer Agency in Malaysia. 
   4. Planning and implementing all internal administrative matters of JDN.
   5. Ensure that each asset received meets the specified specifications, the quality and quantity ordered according to the order and that the assets received are in good condition, perfect and safe for use.
   6. Ensure that each store item received meets the specified specifications, the quality and quantity ordered are in accordance with the order and that store items received are in good condition, perfect and safe for use.        

 
Innovation and Quality Unit

1. 1. Manage matters related to quality management and innovation and creativity management at the JDN level.
