The Strategic Development and Digital Architecture Division, National Digital Department (JDN) organized the Digital Talent Group Development and Excellence Program which was held successfully on 10 March 2025 at the Pulse Grande Hotel, Putrajaya. This program was implemented to recognize a total of 23 people. System Development Digital Talent Group and 9 people from the ICT Strategic Management Digital Talent Group consisting of Information Technology Officers Grade F9 to F14 from various ministries/agencies.

This program was officiated by YBhg. Datuk Ts. Dr. Fazidah binti Abu Bakar, Director General of JDN and also attended by JDN Management, ICT Manager/Talent Group Supervisor and Data Science Digital Talent Group.

Among the activities held were Knowledge Sharing Sessions: Talk and Discuss With Digital Talent Group Advisor. This session is a special slot to the Digital Talent Group Advisors to jointly share knowledge, experiences, motivation, challenges, ideas to the Digital Talent Group for involvement in any public sector ICT programs/projects and other matters that can be shared with the Digital Talent Group.

This program is also filled with Digital Talent Group Excellence Slots presented by appointed consultants, which aim to provide a motivational shift and networking opportunities among fellow Digital Talent Groups in Data Science, Systems Development and ICT Strategic Management.
