The Public Sector Digitalization Plan (RPSA) 2026 – 2030 is a comprehensive plan that outlines the direction of public sector digitalization for a period of five years. RPSA 2026 – 2030 is a guide for Heads of Departments in preparing the Digitalization Strategic Plan (PSP) of all federal government agencies, state governments, statutory bodies and local authorities. RPSA 2026-2030 carries three main interests in realizing the goals of the whole Government digitalization, namely supporting the aspirations of Government Technology (GovTech) and Whole-of-Government (WoG), contributing to the National AI goal and catalyzing the physical development and data sovereignty of the country.
The RPSA Synopsis 2026 – 2030 is a summary of the full RPSA document which is provided as information and initial reference to all public sector agencies in the development of PSP at their respective agency levels. PSPs must also be in line with the agency’s strategic direction which takes into account the department’s service needs and the latest digital technology developments.
