The Public Sector Chief Digital Officer Conference 2025 (CDO CONVEX 2025) with the theme “Smart and Agile Digital Leaders of the New Era” was held successfully on 30 June 2025 (Monday) at The Everly Putrajaya Hotel.

CDO CONVEX 2025 is a platform for sharing knowledge, experience and best practices in digital transformation by highlighting the role and leadership of digital leaders especially Public Sector CDOs in empowering the country’s digitalization agenda.

YBrs. Ts. Nik Zalbiha binti Nik Mat, the Director General of the National Digital Department as the organizer of CDO CONVEX 2025, welcomed the presence of approximately 500 participants and invited guests of the conference consisting of Chief Digital Officers (CDOs); ICT managers; management representatives from related agencies; presenters; panelists and exhibitors from the government, industries and academia.

The CDO CONVEX 2025 opening ceremony was officiated by YBhg. Tan Sri Shamsul Azri bin Abu Bakar, Chief Secretary to the Government which was also attended by YBhg. Mr. Fabian Bigar, Secretary-General of the Digital Ministry and the Heads of the Digital Services Sector, YBhg. Datuk Abd Shukor bin Mahmood, Senior Deputy Secretary-General, Prime Minister’s Department, YBhg. Datuk Azman bin Mohd Yusof, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Human Resources and YBhg. Dato’ Raja Nushirwan bin Zainal Abidin, Director General of National Security, National Security Council.

The participants, both physically present and online (JDN’s official YouTube and Facebook) had the opportunity to attend five presentation sessions and two panel discussion sessions involving experts and prominent leaders from the government and industries. JDN would like to convey its deepest appreciation and gratitude to all parties who have been directly and indirectly involved in making CDO CONVEX 2025 a success.
