Study/Research Proposal Paper Review Team for the Purpose of Preparing to Continue Studies to the Advanced Degree Level of Information Systems Service Officer

Background

    1. Initiatives in empowering the human capital of Information Systems Service Officers through expertise and professionalism according to the field of study/research
    2. Help review and provide suggestions for improvements to study/research proposal papers
    3. Contribute towards strengthening the delivery of government services through the field of study/research
    4. Ensure that the proposal paper provided meets the requirements and has the potential to strengthen the delivery of Government digitalization services through the proposed field of study/research.

Objective

    1. Supporting the Delivery of Government Digital Services.
      Assist officers in carrying out studies/research that benefit the delivery of government digitization services
    2. Ensuring the Quality of Studies/Research in Line with GovTech Initiatives.
      Ensuring the quality of studies and research in the digital era involves the use of digital technology, innovation, and automation in the government sector to improve efficiency, transparency, and the delivery of government digitization services.
    3. Ensuring Alignment With the Organization’s Business Needs.

      Ensure studies/research are aligned with digital transformation which provides significant benefits through increased competitiveness, innovation and organizational efficiency

    4. Empowering Human Capital
      To form individuals who are more knowledgeable, confident in carrying out studies/research that have potential and high organizational impact

Terms of Reference

    1. Review study proposal papers to ensure that the proposal meets academic standards and is appropriate for the needs of the field of study.
    2. Review the reliability and importance of research in general and the improvement of government service delivery in particular.
    3. Provide suggestions for improving the proposal paper to make it more robust and competitive.
    4. Provide suggestions for additional resources or alternative approaches, especially those related to government digitalization initiatives/projects/programs to strengthen study proposals.
    5. Encourage candidates to produce quality proposal papers and be prepared to contribute to the government’s digital transformation.
