Public Sector ICT Technical Committee (JTISA)

Introduction

The Public Sector ICT Technical Committee (JTISA) was established to evaluate and approve technical approval applications from public sector agencies, based on their respective organisational strategic plans and ICT strategic plans, for ICT procurements in accordance with the prescribed value thresholds.

JTISA evaluates ICT project proposals from public sector agencies in terms of technical viability, resource optimisation, and cost-effectiveness to support the core service needs of the agencies. This aims to ensure that implemented ICT projects deliver added value, provide value for money and generate high impact and effectiveness for the people, ultimately enhancing the efficiency of government service delivery.
