Public Sector ICT Technical Committee (JTISA)

Introduction

The Public Sector ICT Technical Committee (JTISA) was established to consider and approve technical approval applications
from public sector agencies based on the organization’s strategic plan and the respective agency’s ICT strategic plan for ICT procurement according to the set value limit.

JTISA assesses ICT project applications from Public Sector agencies from the aspects of technical viability, resource optimization
and cost-effectiveness to support the core service needs of an agency. This aims to ensure that the ICT projects implemented have added value and can provide value for money, high impact and effectiveness to the people, while also improving the efficiency of government service delivery.   

Purpose

To ensure that the planning and implementation of ICT programs by public sector agencies are carried out in line with the government’s ICT policy.

3. Strengthening Government ICT Project Management

4. Cloud Computing Service Application:

a. After receiving approval from the agency’s JPICT, all applications related to Cloud Computing Services must be submitted to JDN regardless of the value limit. The agency must submit the application information via email to the  Cloud Management Office (CMO) and copy to the JTISA Secretariat and at the following email address:
