Non-Application at State Level
With regard to application at the State Government level, the Data Sharing Bill 2024 does not apply to the State Government since matters relating to the State Government Machinery are provided for under item seven (7), State List, Ninth Schedule of the Federal Constitution where the State Legislature may also consider enacting and adopting legislation regarding this data sharing.
