ICT Implementation and Strategic Monitoring Section (SPSI)
Planning, managing, coordinating and monitoring the implementation of the Public Sector Digitalisation Strategic Plan (PSPSA);
Planning, managing, coordinating and monitoring the implementation of the Public Sector Data Dictionary (DDSA) at the Ministry and Agency levels;
Coordinating ICT project applications under JDN Development Expenditure (DE), for the JDN ICT Sector;
Coordinating the preparation of inputs for the JDN ICT programme under the Malaysia Plan (RMK); and
Managing, coordinating and maintaining the content of the Public Sector Data Dictionary System (SDDSA)

Managing and coordinating assessment reports of ICT projects proposals under the Malaysia Plan;

Public Sector ICT Strategic Collaborative Section (SKSI)
Planning, coordinating and implementing strategic collaborative programmes for Public Sector ICT with academia and local industry and international industries;
Planning, managing and coordinating programmes/activities related to the Government Chief Information Officer both domestically and internationally;
Planning, managing, coordinating and providing an idea sharing platform for the latest technology trends and Public Sector digitalization initiatives to Public Sector ICT Managers and
Chief Digital Officers (CDOs)

Coordinating and monitoring Generic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Specific KPIs for Top Management Civil Service Servants (PPTPA) Tier 1, 2, 3, and 4;
Coordinating and providing input/feedback/comments for Cabinet Papers, MJM Meetings, Government High Level Summit Meetings as well as programmes across Ministries/agencies at the JDN ICT Sector level;

MyDIGITAL Government Cluster Section (SMKK)
Planning, managing, coordinating and implementing Government Cluster MyDIGITAL Committee Meetings;
Managing, coordinating and monitoring the implementation of initiatives and programmes under the Government Cluster for the Malaysian Digital Economy Blueprint (RTEDM) and the National 4IR Policy (D4IRN);
Managing and coordinating the Government Cluster’s strategic input for the National Digital Economy & 4IR Council Steering Committee Meeting (JKP MED4IRN) and the National Digital Economy & 4IR Council Meeting (MED4IRN);
Coordinating JDN’s involvement in the MyDIGITAL cluster initiative;
Implementing strategic collaboration with MyDIGITAL Corporation (MyDC), Ministry of Economy Government Kluster Economic Promotion Unit (EPU) for the MyDIGITAL programme.
ICT Trust Fund Project Monitoring and Management Section (SPPK)
Monitoring, analyse and reporting the implementation of ICT projects of Public Sector agencies to the top management;
Planning, managing, coordinating, and implementing interventions on troubled Public Sector ICT projects;
Managing, monitoring and reporting on the implementation of ICT Project Development Trust Fund (KWAICT) programmes to the Technical Committee of the Public Sector ICT Project Development Trust Fund (JTKWAICT);
Planning and managing the secretariat of the ICT Project Monitoring Committee (JPPI) and the Technical Committee of the Public Sector ICT Project Development Trust Fund (JTKWAICT);
Determining, formulating, disseminating, implementing and monitoring micro policies under the ownership of the ICT Strategic Development and Architecture Division (BSA).
