Digital Government Division

Functions of the Digital Government Division (BKD)

  1. Planning, managing, coordinating, implementing, operating and maintaining the Government Website and Service Monitoring System Platform (SPLaSK).
  2. Planning, developing, implementing the operation and expansion of the Public Sector Data Sharing Platform, namely MyGDX, for use by public and private sector agencies.
  3. Planning, managing, developing, implementing and operating an Open Data Platform for use by public sector agencies, private sector agencies and the public.
  4. Planning, developing, implementing and operating a Big Data Platform for use by public sector agencies.
  5. Plan, manage, develop and implement an integrated and effective public sector data sharing governance mechanism. 

Online Services Section (SPDT)

  1. Planning, managing, coordinating, implementing, operating and maintaining the Government Website and Service Monitoring System Platform (SPLaSK).
  2. Plan, manage, coordinate, monitor and report compliance with the Public Service Digitization Circular – Public Sector Agency Portal/Website Management.
  3. Research, plan, develop Data Dictionary and metadata as well as the Public Sector Data Dictionary Platform as the main reference for public sector agencies.
  4. Review and develop Public Sector Data Digitization Policy.

Information Sharing Services Section (SPPM)

  1. Planning, developing, implementing the operation and expansion of the Public Sector Data Sharing Platform, namely MyGDX, for use by public and private sector agencies.
  2. Manage and coordinate secure and efficient cross-agency data sharing based on compliance with security standards.
  3. Integrate different systems and databases from various technologies to ensure interoperability and smooth data flow and simplify business processes.

Open Data Services Section (SKDT)

  1. Planning, managing, developing, implementing and operating an Open Data Platform for use by public sector agencies, private sector agencies and the public.
  2. Plan, manage, coordinate and monitor the implementation of cross-agency open data sharing programs.
  3. Plan, manage, coordinate and promote the use and innovation of open data.

Public Data Section (SDR)

  1. Planning, developing, implementing and operating a Big Data Platform for use by public sector agencies.
  2. Plans, manages, and monitors the implementation of cross-agency analytics and data intelligence programs.
  3. Develop data analytics and data science programs to assist data-driven decision-makers.

Data Sharing Regulatory Section (SKSPD)

  1. Plan, manage, develop and implement an integrated and effective public sector data sharing governance mechanism.
  2. Prepare, issue and enforce policies, guidelines, circulars, procedures, guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relating to governance, regulation and compliance of public sector data sharing, in accordance with the acts under the agency’s regulation.
  3. Plan, manage, coordinate, monitor and report on the level of compliance with the Data Sharing Act and Guidelines in force.
