Application Development Division (BPA)

    1. Planning and studying the latest technology requirements, tools, frameworks and application system development guidelines.

    2. Development, improvement, implementation and maintenance of application systems across public sector agencies and internal JDN.

    3. Secretariat of the ICT Steering Committee Meeting (JPICT), ICT Technical Committee Meeting (JTI) and Internal System Development Monitoring Committee Meeting (JPPSD).

    4. Preparation, coordination, maintenance and implementation of services and technical assistance for JDN’s ICT infrastructure and support.

Application Technology Planning Section (SPTA)

    1. Reviewing technology requirements, tools, frameworks and application development guidelines including system development methodologies.

    2. Implement coaching for system development methodology.
      Formulate and coordinate training requirements to improve the competence and capability of BPA officers in system development.

    3. Coordinate services and management of public sector mobile application platforms.

    4. Implementing the Innovation Program Challenge On Innovation And Problem Solving Through Technology Advancement (CHIPTA) together with the Digital Government Division (BKD) JDN.

    5. Coordinate new application system development applications.

    6. Coordinate the implementation of application system impact studies.

Application Development and Implementation Section 1 (SPPA 1)

    1. Research, design, develop, improve and test systems across public sector agencies and internal to JDN.

    2. Implement the system, provide technical training and system usage training.
    3. Provide system technical support services.
    4. Maintain cross-agency systems and JDN internal systems.
    5. Implement system integration and migration.
    6. Implement system development project management.
    7. Operate the secretariat of the Internal System Development Monitoring Committee (JPPSD) Meeting.

Application Development and Implementation Section 2 (SPPA 2)

    1. Research, design, develop, improve and test systems across public sector agencies and internal to JDN.
    2. Implement the system, provide technical training and system usage training.
    3. Provide system technical support services.
    4. Maintain cross-agency systems and JDN internal systems.
    5. Implement system integration and migration.
    6. Implement system development project management.

  Information Technology Section (STM)

    1. Identify, plan, manage, monitor, coordinate, administer and maintain ICT infrastructure requirements to support JDN operations.
    2. Provide, coordinate, maintain and implement JDN’s technical assistance and ICT support services.
    3. Coordinate, manage and monitor JDN’s ICT network and infrastructure as well as JDN’s application systems.
    4. Implement and coordinate the procurement and management of JDN ICT assets.
    5. Plan, coordinate, manage and monitor the needs and operations of JDN servers.
    6. Manage, monitor and administer JDN’s email services.
    7. Coordinate, administer and manage the database requirements of the JDN application system.
    8. Manage, monitor and administer the JDN application system.
    9. Coordinate application system operational security audits (ISMS).
    10. Develop, design and maintain portals and multimedia.
    11. Handle the secretariat of the ICT Steering Committee Meeting (JPICT).
