  5. Plan, manage, coordinate and maintain the single Portal of government digital services (MyGovernment Portal).
  6. Plan, manage, coordinate and monitor the implementation of promotion and change management for digital government initiatives.


Public Data Section (SDR)

    1. Plan, manage, coordinate and monitor the implementation of big data analytics programs in the public sector.
    2. Plan, manage, coordinate and maintain the Public Sector Big Data Analytics (DRSA) platform.
    3. Plan, manage and coordinate big data analytics competencies in the public sector
    4. Plan, manage, and coordinate promotional and change management programs to encourage the implementation of big data analytics.

 Government Digital Services Gateway Section (SGPDK)

    1. Plan, manage, coordinate and monitor the implementation of the integration of government digital services based on the Whole-of-Government concept.
    2. Plan, manage and coordinate the development of inclusive information (content) based on the concept of people-centered live events.
    3. Plan, manage, coordinate and maintain the single gateway for government digital services (MyGovernment Portal);
    4. Plan, manage, coordinate promotional and change management programs for government digital information and services available on the MyGovernment Portal.

  Open Data Services Section (SKDT)

    1. Plan, manage, monitor and coordinate public sector open data programs.
    2. Plan, manage, coordinate and maintain the Public Sector Open Data platform.
    3. Plan, manage and coordinate promotional and change management programs to encourage the implementation of open data.
    4. Plan, manage, coordinate and promote the use and innovation of open data.

Online Services Section (SPDT)

    1. Plan, manage, coordinate and monitor the implementation of public sector End-to-End services.
    2. Plan, manage, coordinate and maintain the Government Website and Online Services Monitoring platform (SPLaSK).
    3. Plan, manage, coordinate and monitor the government’s online service index rating program.
    4. Plan, manage, coordinate and monitor compliance of public sector agency websites.
    5. Plan, manage and coordinate promotional and change management programs for website compliance including public sector end-to-end services.

Information Sharing Services Section (SPPM)

    1. Plan, manage, coordinate and monitor the implementation of cross-agency data sharing across agencies.
    2. Plan, manage, coordinate and maintain the data sharing platform (MyGDX).
    3. Plan, manage, coordinate the development and testing of cross-agency system integration. 
    4. Plan, manage, and coordinate promotional and change management programs to encourage data sharing.
