Plan, manage and coordinate Enterprise Architecture (EA) Master Plans and Policies.

Design, manage and maintain the MyGovEA Portal and Repository.
Planning, managing and developing the content of the MyGovEA Repository and Portal.
Plan, manage, coordinate and develop Public Sector EA capabilities including courses/training, awareness programs and Transfer of Knowledge.
ICT Implementation and Strategic Monitoring Section (SPSI)
Plan, manage, coordinate and monitor the implementation of the Public Sector Digitalization Strategic Plan (PSPSA);
Plan, manage, coordinate and monitor the implementation of the Public Sector Data Dictionary (DDSA) at the Ministry and Agency levels;
Coordinate ICT project applications under JDN development allocations (DE), for the JDN ICT Sector;
Coordinate the preparation of inputs for the JDN ICT program under the Malaysia Plan (RMK); and
Manage, coordinate and maintain the content of the Public Sector Data Dictionary System (SDDSA)
ICT Project Evaluation Section (SPPI)
Planning, managing, coordinate and implement Public Sector ICT Technical Committee Meetings (JTISA);
Manage and coordinate assessment reports suggestion ICT projects under the Malaysia Plan;
Manage, coordinate and monitor the implementation of the Public Sector ICT Project Profile Application System (PROFIT)
Manage and coordinate technical feedback related to ICT Project Procurement and Evaluation; and
Providing advisory services on General Circular Letter Number 7 of 2024 which is currently in force.

Plan, manage, develop and monitor the Public Sector Information Systems Services Competency Development Plan.
Plan, manage, develop and monitor the Public Sector Information System Services Training Roadmap .
Planning, managing, developing and monitoring special placement programs through strategic collaboration with IPTA, IPTS or domestic and foreign industries.
Coordinate the selection of candidates for sponsorship and training programs (HLP, JICA, COTI, YDP Agong Scholarship).
Plan, manage and implement ICT technical and general/humanities competency development programs for Public Sector Information Systems Services.
Manage applications for the Public Sector Information Systems Services Professional Certification Program .
Public Sector ICT Strategic Collaborative Section (SKSI)
Plan, coordinate and implement strategic collaborative programs for Public Sector ICT with academia and industry domestically and internationally;
Plan, manage and coordinate programs/activities related to the Government Chief Information Officer domestically and internationally;
Plan, manage, coordinate and provide an idea sharing platform for the latest technology trends and Public Sector digitalization initiatives to Public Sector ICT Managers and Chief Digital Officers (CDOs) ;
Coordinate and monitor Generic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Specific KPIs for Top Management Civil Service Servants (PPTPA) Tier 1, 2, 3, and 4;
Coordinate and provide input/feedback/comments for Cabinet Papers, MJM Meetings, Government Summit Meetings as well as programs across Ministries/agencies at the JDN ICT Sector level;
Planning, coordinating, managing and implementing ICT Sector Meetings; and
Coordinate administrative and management matters at the ICT Sector level.
MyDIGITAL Government Cluster Section (SMKK)
Planning, managing, coordinating and implementing Government Cluster MyDIGITAL Committee Meetings;
Manage, coordinate and monitor the implementation of initiatives and programs under the Government Cluster for the Malaysian Digital Economy Blueprint (RTEDM) and the National 4IR Policy (D4IRN);
Manage and coordinate the Government Cluster’s strategic input for the National Digital Economy & 4IR Council Steering Committee Meeting (JKP MED4IRN) and the National Digital Economy & 4IR Council Meeting (MED4IRN);
Coordinate JDN’s involvement in the MyDIGITAL cluster initiative;
Implemented strategic collaboration with MyDIGITAL Corporation (MyDC) Economic Promotion Unit (EPU) for the MyDIGITAL program

ICT Trust Fund Project Monitoring and Management Section (SPPK)
Monitor, analyze and report the implementation of ICT projects of Public Sector agencies to the top management of the public sector;
Plan, manage, coordinate, and implement interventions on problematic Public Sector ICT projects;
Manage, monitor and report on the implementation of ICT Project Development Trust Fund (KWAICT) programs to the Technical Committee of the Public Sector ICT Project Development Trust Fund (JTKWAICT);
Planning and managing the secretariat of the ICT Project Monitoring Committee (JPPI) and the Technical Committee of the Public Sector ICT Project Development Trust Fund (JTKWAICT);
Determine, formulate, disseminate, implement and monitor micro policies under the ownership of the ICT Strategic Development and Architecture Division (BSA).
