Policy Coordination Unit
- Plan, manage and coordinate digital technical policies in line with the country’s digital development with stakeholders.
- Review, evaluate and submit digital technical policy recommendations for improving existing policies in line with current digitalization developments.
- Develop internal policy-related instructions to facilitate policy management.
- Coordinate and monitor compliance with relevant circular procedures currently in force.
Parliamentary Affairs and Communications Unit
- Manage, plan, coordinate matters related to Parliamentary affairs.
- Coordinate feedback and input on proposals received from Parliament.
- Coordinate answers to Parliamentary questions (House of Representatives and Senate).
- Coordinate the dissemination of information on digitalization policies to Government agencies.
- Manage the policy repository of the National Digital Department.
- Coordinate Technical Reviews for the Electronic Government Activities Act [Act 680].
