Various service platforms are created for the convenience of the people available to browse and fully utilize especially in the public service sector. The rapid development of global technology also drives the government to ensure that the services delivered are in line with the latest information technology innovations and can be enjoyed and benefited by all levels of society.

In preserving a sustainable digital government as a catalyst for a digital society, the rebranding of JDN takes the lead in driving the digitization of government services. In line with the emergence of new technologies, JDN plays a role as the ICT technical department in strengthening the governance of the implementation of digitization initiatives and the adaptation of new digital technologies towards the delivery of efficient, intelligent, secure and agile services. The focus will be on transition efforts towards GovTech where the digitization of government services is people-centric and data-driven through a Whole of Government (WoG) approach.

As the Head of Information System Services, the continuous empowerment of digital talents of technical officers in the Information System Services scheme is prioritized to further boost the effectiveness of government digital service delivery. I call on all employees at JDN including all technical officers in public sector agencies to join hands in achieving JDN’s vision, mission and functions in line with the country’s digital agenda and MADANI aspirations.
